  20min for a happy meal. I have tried multiple times to give this McDonald’s a chance. But time and time again they prove to be ineffective at doing their job. If you are good with poor service then great, just plan to wait. The mobile app has eliminated the hardest part of the job “incorrect order” mistakes. Yet they somehow still fail miserably at getting it right. They forget they have people at curbside, they ignore people in drive thru, and they blankly stare at people at the counter until the customer says something. This is not just on management however management has lost all hope and are just as bad. The complaints fall on deaf ears. Not just because they are bad managers but because they have employees who want everything for nothing. DO BETTER BE BETTER SONIC IS

  i just tried to go through their drive thru, and disappointed to say the least. we were there 45 minutes before their set closing time, they initially took the car in fronts order, then asked us if we’re using our mobile app. we replied yes, no response for TEN MINUTES. i am enraged. we pull up to the window after someone else tried to order on the other side and also pulled up, three employees look us in the eyes, we made eye contact. they completely ignore us and walk away. no explanation. already cleaning the kitchen. i wanted food. all i wanted was my mcdonald’s pazookie. i am so mad. the disrespect was very unacceptable.

  I went on Monday night at 11pm after ordering my food on the app went tot he drive thru like the app told me and they told me they were closed for the night and no other explanation. So now I have to file a claim with my bank. All this because they want to go home early for the day.

  I was craving a sprite one night and so I went to my the McDonald’s closest to my friends house that I was staying over at and when I went to order and the wait for one drink was forever long in the drive through maybe 6-8 minutes. When I was given the sprite and turned on my interior light to find the straw I dropped I noticed how discolored the sprite was and that it was oddly yellow. Though the carbonation was ok there was a odd foul smell and taste.. Anyone else or just me?
