  Usually very quick drive thru for online orders. Never had a problem and staff is very friendly.

  I specifically asked the lady that was taking my order if the pies were fresh. She said yes. This pie expired five minutes prior to me paying for and she still gave it to me. So this tells me two things, old or expired. Food is not properly disposed of when it’s supposed to be, instead, it’s served, And your employees are liars. I also partially blame myself for even coming here. What did I really expect?

  Other than the food being good, not much else good here. Seems if you go to the counter, which looks like a check in desk in a doctor's office, no one wants to take your order. But the kiosks don't take cash. Doesn't matter if you tell them the order is for here, they put to go on the receipt and you get it in a bag. And no dining room drink station, so instead of getting my cup right away and able to fill it myself, I had to wait until they got my order done. Couldn't even ask for the drink first, the girl who took my order immediately walked away after giving me my change. And this was on a 95° day (unusual for March) and I'd been working outside. The food itself was really good and fresh. But getting a refill is a pain. Takes a while for someone to notice you, then they get you an entire new cup, lid and straw which IMO is stupid and wasteful. Other McDonald's without a drink station for customers do the same thing so I can't understand why someone in their company made this terrible decision.

  Ordered fries to be well done and light salt; however, fries were cold and were not well done. Some of the fries weren’t cooked or cooked lightly. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this happened at this McDonald’s.

  If this McDonald's ever got an online order right i would prob die from shock. And when you point out the mistakes? They give you a ton of attitude and make you sit at second window for almost 10 minutes. Management obviously doesn't care. After several complaints through the app i have never heard back. They owe me over 30 dollars in missed orders and missing items. It's worth the drive to go to another location.
