I tried to order breakfast on my break, paid and ordered at 10:40 and I parked right about 10:55 and it cancelled my order. I went in to ask if they had my order or if I could pay again and instead the girl running the front waited until it hit 11 for the menus to flip and then told me that they had nothing and could make nothing. Wasted my break and I ate nothing thanks.

Says that it’s open 24 hours but I showed up to pick up an order for Uber Eats
and nobody was there to answer the drive thru or the phone.

What else do you expect from McDonalds? And no, the ice cream machine never works here. Lazy employees and lazy management.

Went through the drive-through, paid for our order and received the drinks, but then we were asked to pull up to space #5 (all 5 waiting spots were full by this point) and wait. No explanation why. After 20 minutes someone came out with food, but it wasnt ours. I gave the lady my receipt and she finally came out 10 minutes later with 2 bags of food, some of which was ours and some wasn't. She just handed it over and that was that. After waiting that long, the fries wound up being under-cooked and tasted like they had been sitting in cold oil. The food wasn't hot at all. I've never had a worse experience at a McDonalds. Very disappointing. I even tried to call inside and see if we needed to just go someplace else, but there was no answer.

I'd give zero stars if was an option. They've messed up order twice, only to ask me to pull up and they will bring out an already messed up order. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for a a big breakfast with not hotcakes. Shorted me a hassbrown and they literally just shorted me again after messing up the orders. Only reason I order here is cause its convenient from work. Hopefully they do something about the staffing
