  I wish I could give this place zero stars. I had an issue with my Big Mac order previously and was told to come back for a replacement meal. When I returned, the experience was even worse than the original mistake. The manager, Rosio, treated me like I was trying to scam a free meal instead of honoring what I was told. I explained the situation clearly, but instead of handling it professionally, I was met with attitude and suspicion—especially since Clarice, who originally helped me, no longer works there. And to make things worse, this shift STILL managed to mess up my Big Mac again. I asked for no lettuce—how hard is that? It’s a basic request, and somehow they couldn’t get it right twice. It’s frustrating enough when an order gets messed up, but it’s completely unacceptable to be treated like you’re dishonest while they continue making the same simple mistakes. Customer service here is clearly lacking, and management needs serious improvement. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  This location is a great McDonald's it's only been open for a couple years now it is a drive-thru or pick up only no dine in. The food is always fresh because they make it up. I've really gotten cold food there. Great thing about this location is 24 hours so you can get food there anytime. If you don't have the McDonald's app already please download it because you can accumulate points very easily to get free food it only takes 6000 points to get a free large sandwich like a quarter pounder or a Big Mac.

  am extremely disappointed with the service I received regarding my recent DoorDash order from your McDonald’s location. My order was canceled unexpectedly. I did not receive my food, and I have not received a refund. When I contacted the restaurant for assistance, I was placed on hold for 14 minutes without any support. I could hear background noise the entire time, but no one returned to properly assist me. When I attempted to call back, the phone system appeared to be set to automatically decline incoming calls.
