  This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve visited. I’m honestly not sure how this place is being managed the way it is. If I could rate customer service below zero, I would. The food quality is consistently disappointing. I’ve been asked to park and wait 5–10 minutes, only to still receive cold food. It makes you wonder if the wait is just to manipulate drive-thru timing metrics rather than actually improve service. On my most recent visit, I ordered a McFlurry and received what was basically plain ice cream with a small scoop of toppings sitting on top. Once I tried to mix it myself, half the toppings were gone. When I asked if they no longer mix McFlurries, the employee first responded, “I didn’t make it,” which didn’t answer my question at all. Then the explanation changed to there being no clean utensils available—which is even more concerning. There were multiple employees standing around, yet basic kitchen operations like having clean tools weren’t being handled. Overall, this location seriously needs better management, improved customer service, and attention to food quality. I would strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s if you can.

  Drive through attendant yelled at me to slow down, I didn’t give a drink, I was speaking slow. Pulled up to the window for food and was told to pull up to spot 1 to wait 2 minutes for fries. 10 minutes go by and I haven’t received anything (I have timestamps as I was speaking to my husband on the phone while waiting. Had to flag down a food runner who could barely make out what was on the receipt. She ran inside to check, about 5 min later comes out with my order. I will say she did throw in two strawberry pies for the hassle and was very apologetic. But, Half of my hour lunch is wasted.

  All employees at the establishment have a negative disposition, which results in their disregard for your presence and their disregard for your requests for ketchup and napkins. It would be beneficial to train them in better customer service.

  Prices were higher than in Arlington Tx! I got the same meal (fish sandwich meal) and it was more than $2 more expensive than Arlington Tx!
