  My fries and niggets were almost brown with that old greece they hadn't changed for I don't know how long. Its not usual for a McDonald's to give out food like this. I wonder how old that grease was on April ninth 2026🤧

  So I spoke with a Manager named Brittney. Was a little rude and did not want to provide a name at first. I asked why they’re always closed before 400 am and she said their system goes off st 350 to 410am. I’ve been there before that time and they don’t want to take orders. TOO MANY TIMES!!!

  Went through the drive through today, and when I got home, 3 items were left off from my order! I called three times and the line kept ringing for a long time until it finally disconnected. The only reason I didn't go back immediately is because we had been in the ER all night and just wanted to eat something quick and go to sleep. It's very upsetting when workers can't get the order right, my kids had to share food instead of having their orders.

  Waited in line so long for them to get our order wrong when I asked them to fix it they said no because they had a long line. Worker was super rude while we were nice to her and understanding on the mistake . On the receipt their name was sidel. Horrible, will never come back again. Food was cold.

  On Friday, March 20, 2026. After 1 am. I ordered my food and went through the drive-thru. I asked for sauces and was told there are 30 cents each. I got a LARGE fry and she gave me ONE sauce. I asked for FRESH fries. She dumped those out and gave me some more. Again I asked for FRESH fries and they still were not fresh so I asked again nicely of course for some fresh fries that my fries were not fresh. A young lady work dark brown back hair Hispanic girl said to me “those are fresh fries” I told her that they weren’t and She kept arguing that they were fresh fries and I told her that I asked for fresh fries and they weren’t in if she could give me fresh fries. She had an attitude and continue to convince me that they were fresh. I touched them and they were not fresh. She said I could have a refund and I got my two dollars back. They need to stop hiring kids at McDonald’s PERIOD!! To be clear the one who served me was another earlier was not rude, but she didn’t follow directions She was an older woman in her late 30s or maybe 40s. The other girl who swooped in Had to have been at least 20 years old, maybe 21 or younger. She came in like was the manager or something. I believe she was. She also had lashes.
