  This is the smelliest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I about puked 🤮 with the smell. OSHA definitely 💯 needs to visit this establishment for closure

  Ordered on the mobile app so I can be in and out. Pulled up to give them the code and no one answered, said hello and no one answered so I assumed the mic was broke so I pulled up to the second window and let them know what was going on. They asked if it’s a mobile order, I told them yes and gave them the code. The lady asked if it’s a burger and fries, I said yes with a lot of other things as well. I waited for about 5 mins and they gave me an order that wasn’t mine. I told them it’s not mine the lady gave me an attitude the guy confirmed my name on my acct and they asked me to pull up to the waiting area. After waiting 20 minutes total after ordering my order my bf heads inside to see what’s going on but she’s already coming out. We checked our food as usual before leaving and we are missing 2 large fries so he heads back inside to grab them and the same girl that gave me attitude at the window basically called us a liar saying she put them in there. I didn’t give no attitude til she started being rude. If you hate your job just say that.

  First of all, Chick-fil-a would NEVER ! I did a mobile app. Not know how to request for jelly/syrup. Usually when doing curb side they bring out condiments for you to request, this man as usual comes out (fast paced) hands you your food and immediately walks off. No good morning, no have a good day, no NOTHING. I realize I didn’t get any condiments and go around to go in to request. Inside they watch you stand there without asking how can I help you or anything. The guy that came out walks by to go deliver another outside order, no I’ll be with you in just a sec, nothing. He comes back behind the counter, finally asks what do I need. I advise him I ordered 4 sausage biscuits and didn’t get condiments. He tells me how to request them on the app rudely. No asking what it is I want just hands me 4 grape jelly packages, I ask for syrup and says it’ll be a charge. I ask is he the manager, he says yes. Asks for his name and he walks off ignoring me after asking for his name 3x’s. I hate having to do bad reviews especially dealing with people and their jobs. But I hate being mistreated when I’m being polite and respectful. For him to be a manger, he is HORRIBLE. I’ve heard about him from a couple-worker but never experienced bad service until now. I won’t lie and say I won’t be back because it’s the only McDonalds by my job, but I pray he does better.
