  Stopped in for a couple quick burgers. They were quick and correct.

  My husband daughter and I came to this location and got three of the five dollar meal deals on my way to Dallas today. Everybody's a little particular so there are add-ons for every burger and various size drinks. I get it most people wouldn't sweat 15.00, are the basically $20 that we spent after all the add-ons. I believe in getting what I pay for, I have a job and I do not hold myself or who I work for at any less of a standard. I make sure that my customers get exactly what they pay for. For me it is principle. We received the orders the drink sizes were correct however the drinks were incorrect. And every Burger was made,very sloppy! We used the wrappers to slide and kind of mash the burger back together. None of our sauces were in the bag. I usually don't say anything but against principal. Only to find out after being told I had to be here before midnight, because I couldn't get it remade the next day, got nothing had been documented for my order being incorrect. I'm tired and frustrated. The night manager, *Laura* was very patient with me and kind! She gathered all the necessary information for me, had me pull to the front so I didn't hold up other customers, I only waited about 8 minutes maybe total. She brought me the food remade. And not just remade it was remade correct and it looked good too. Laura, your character and work ethic shine! McDonald's is lucky to have you representing them. I would recommend that you be promoted to official Trainer, given an increase in pay, acknowledged and most importantly appreciated! Not only will I come back, probably more so at night time now, but I will remember her professionalism, her kindness, and her willingness to help. Laura Thank You!!!!!

  I came here to pickup a DoorDash order, parked in front to attempt to walk in, only to find the interior closed with people who don’t look like workers sitting in the lobby. A worker came out of the front door and I asked her if I could just drive to the window to pick it up instead of waiting in an hour long line, and she said yes. I pulled around to the window and let them know I had a DoorDash order only to be told I was lied to, wasted my time and that I have to go through the line anyways. 45 minutes later and I finally got the order
