  Stayed in line for a decent amount of time to expect hot or atleast warm food Fries were cold and soggy, and the burger was hard almost like a rock only think good was the drink. Please do better would’ve vent back but stopped for lunch while working in the area. Next time I’ll keep driving.

  I’ve complained about this location so many times it’s ridiculous. I rarely go but went today because I was short on time. I placed my order at 11:09am and did not get it till 11:31am because they forgot about me. They were supposed to be cooking fresh fries (I needed fries with no salt for my special needs student). I had to go in and get my order because they never brought it out. They didn’t start cooking the fries until I went in there and reminded them that I was waiting on them. They were in there laughing, playing and having a good time. When I got back to work of course my order was wrong. I got 3 cookies instead of a burger. Went back up there again. Got back to work, they fixed the burger bad. No mayo and a very hard stale bottom bun. Pretty sure that was on purpose. They took my receipt so I don’t have it to file a formal complaint but I’ll be contacting corporate anyway. They’ve been terrible for way too long.

  The most unreliable McDonald’s location ever. It is genuinely impossible to get a complete order from this store. While I was at the counter, I noticed the drink was missing and had to wait for them to bring it. I thought that was the end of it, but when I got home, I discovered the fries and ketchup were also missing. Why am I paying for items that never make it into the bag? This isn’t a one-time mistake; it happens constantly at this specific branch. I feel like a fool for continuing to order from here, hoping they’ll finally get it right, but they never do. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Also, to management: please do not contact me. I am fed up with the excuses

  The employees on ALL shifts need to be fired, they so horrible and lazy sometimes the doors are locked and line is wrapped all way around the building. The employees are rude and there’s always something missing from order.

  Just left this location placed a mobile order around 12:20, showed up gentleman that was at the window said they are not taking any orders from mobile app. Told him order is already placed and I’m already here really??? Said Oh yeah we’re only doing uber orders, it’s just me you can cancel your order…Wow just wow horrible customer service, not a great way to do business McDonalds, you’re losing $ with this employee, several cars were turned away not just me.
