  I bring my grandson in here to play often, now that they have kiosks customer service sucks even when they brought it to my car. It's like they forgot what customer service is like. This last time there was drama from a customer going on with the employees and I didn't want my grandson to even go get his own drink. The food is ok most of the time but on several occasions I've had to ask for fresh fries either they are cooking too many at one time or they are letting some sit there and giving fresh ones out the window or not paying attention to what they are doing. I'm not sure and I've had them get my order wrong a couple times also. I go here though because my grandson likes to play in the play area and it's close to my house. They don't even greet you when you walk in anymore and if you're paying with cash at the register be prepared to wait. I guess they assume noone has cash anymore, so they don't bother to check to see why you are standing there. They just assume you are waiting on your order, and you get ignored until you have to get someone's attention. They hand you your food and say nothing, then just walk off. A couple times they might have said thank you, but very seldom.

  This is the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. And I’ve given it try after try for several years now as I live nearby and have two small children who love happy meals. The service is terrible. You could order a small fry & a Coke and they won’t have it ready at the window. They’ll ask you to park in one of the pick up spots, and then still take 15 minutes to bring you your food. Every single time. There’s no organization or sense of urgency for it to be a FAST FOOD establishment. Even if you order in the app, you’re still going to wait a good ten minutes before your food is ready. Would give zero stars if possible.

  Every time I come to this McDonald’s, the food is never fresh and the order is often wrong. Even when I ask for fresh food, it seems like old food is given just to move the line faster. I travel between Fort Worth and Dallas a lot, and I know every McDonald’s is not like this. Management needs to be aware because customers should get fresh food and correct orders every time. McDonald’s is a great company overall, which is why this location is disappointing.

  Worst service. Lady was beyond rude to me. They couldn’t get a simple ice cream order right. Lady threw my ice cream away with attitude when I told her it was what I ordered.

  I went thru the drive thru today, they were very nice, great customer service and the food was fresh. I had a very pleasant experience that I do not get often anywhere else. I definitely recommend this restraunt.
