  Bad service. I was in the lobby to order food and overheard employees talking badly about customers and their coworkers, and the place smelled like weed. I also heard customers complaining that their fries weren’t fresh, even though they clearly requested fresh food at the drive-thru—it seemed like the food was just reheated. On top of that, the countertops were dirty, and I even noticed what looked like rat droppings under a table. That’s horrible and disgusting. If I could rate this place, it would be a -0. If I were the CEO or owner, there would be a list of: Fired. Fired. Fired. And fired. Also the place smelt like a lot of Weed. Definitely think the workers are selling it. Rating -0

  This place is Absord. It’s like Adults Acting like Children. And childish. Will not be coming to this Location Again. Horrible experience. My Grandma can Give me better service than that ! Corporate Needs to Take a Visit and See for them selves In Person

  Came here today. The service was bad. I ordered food through the drive through, and This African American Lady was yelling and Cussing and being Unprofessional Yuck. So gross and disgusting I hope the Franchise fires this person ASAP!

  I would like to file a complaint about my recent experience at your restaurant. I visited the location with my family on march 30th, and we were disappointed by the behavior of one of your employees, Maria Gomez. I think that was her name I wasn’t sure. However During our visit, she had a very negative attitude, was speaking loudly in an aggressive tone, and appeared to be yelling while interacting with others. This created an uncomfortable environment for my family and took away from what should have been a normal dining experience. We understand that work can be stressful, but customers should not feel uneasy or disrespected while visiting. I hope this situation can be addressed so future customers can have a better experience. Thank you for your time and attention.

  The manager's acting all important, all talk and no work, and to top it all off, he's trying to be a smart aleck. Lazy manager, and don't even get me started on how much they love making people wait for their cold food. Otherwise, it's incomprehensible how I placed an order 20 minutes ago and I've been waiting 20 minutes for it. It's a joke.
