  ordered 6 pies thru mobile got only two because they were out but they did not offer a subtitution for it so i pay for 6 pies and only got 2

  They are having a party’s inside while they parked us for 25 mins. Had a line of about 10 cars!!! Employees inside having a time of their life while everyone waiting in line. Very unprofessional. Corporate needs to get involved

  I ordered the big arc and they gave me a big Mac. Ive also pre ordered before and have not been given everything I've paid for. Next time im literally gonna hold the line up and make everyone else wait until I know I have my order correct. This has happened at this location multiple times and I've chosen to not say anything but im sick of this sucky service. Do better for christ sakes its not like McDonald's is cheap anymore

  I tried the Big Arc and I wasn't impressed. I think the Mac sauce was good or wasn't made right. I was so disappointed after trying

  I pull up to the drive through and the guy speaking sounds careless and monotone. That’s not a big deal just dampens the mood. I pull up to the window and the young girl doesn’t look my way and is literally just standing there in the same spot staring at who knows what, just day dreaming/gazing towards the kitchen. Not moving or saying a word. She then open the window maybe 3 minutes later to ask me if I could wait on the side of the road for my order, I say sure and ask for some sauces. She says “some what??” Had to repeat myself, and then yea sure and then closes the window. I’m waiting for her to move and get the sauce now so they don’t forget when they bring my order because from the interaction I’m having she is not going to pass my request down to the worker bringing me my order. She just goes back to gazing at the kitchen cluelessly. I say to myself, she passes my request down and park on the side of the street waiting. Worker bring me my food, and ask the worker are the sauces in the bag? He says, “yea they should be in there” and starts walking away, I say “boss man” loudly and on a quiet night where I could be heard. He ignores me and wanders back into the kitchen looking hypnotized like something was calling him towards that kitchen and could not engage me. I see another worker coming out the kitchen and ask him if he could bring me some sauces and I swear to god this kid walked like he had all the time in the world. He had no sense of urgency, it was mind blowing how slow he was trotting. By far the worst service I received was by the young lady in the window. No greeting, no time estimate, and didn’t fulfill my request when asked and she was doing absolutely nothing but standing there. Not a muscle was moved. Also the order was wrong and the buns look like they were dropped on the kitchen floor, picked up some residue and put right back on the patty and served to me. The meat was off center from the bun and the burgers were drenched in mayonnaise.
