  during my visit I Observed an Employers Behavior… and the experience negatively affected my entire mood. I hope management addresses this Behavior to the Management Team to Start Firing and Letting go these workers Affecting the Company..

  I made a VERY simple modification to a mcflurry: Add mnm, hot fudge, *special modification*. Then proceeded to wave down the manager who was serving front counter. Said, " hey, the special request on that mcflurry that just came in, is to add shamrock. Because it doesn't give the option on the screen." He says " okie" *nod*. This dude hands me a mcflurry with whip on it.... I'm like what ever he's busy. I get to work ( 3 mins from this location). Firstly, food is cold. Almost like it was premade and set out for just in case a couple orders for the big arch came in at once. Like it had been sitting out for 20-30 mins. Fries are old as heck. Dry, cold, under seasoned. I didn't make any mods to the meal. So it should have been fresh. The mcflurry however COMPLETLY WRONG. Mnm, and no shamrock. I don't understand how this idiot can look me right in the face when I explain a simple thing to him. And completely do it wrong. This will be the last time I buy McDonald's. For the rest of my life. I'm so sick of dealing with this. READ YOUR DAM TICKETS. And do your job better!

  Got the Mcdouble meal and it is supposed to come with four chicken nuggets….. I made it all the way home opened up my food, saw this, and damn near threw up!!!! I really don’t eat McDonald’s, but I needed something fast because I had a long day of work and was starving. Sad to say that I’m shocked, but not surprised. And then when I called the guy said that I could get another meal for free but at this point, I don’t even want the food. It doesn’t seem safe to eat here. SMH

  Every time i come here at night time they always have a long line they take forever to take your order they also rushing to place an order they are highly rude my food is always messed up and they tend to not fill my drinks up every time it’s irritating.

  Ordered through the app and was all excited to get my food just to not be greeted by anyone at the speaker. After waiting for about 5 minutes I decided to move up to the windows to see if anyone was inside or to see if they were closed. Unfortunately to my surprise I saw tow employees just standing around not doing anything. Once they notice me I showed them my phone with the code and the man at the window just mouths "I can't hear you". After he comes to the window and finally opens it I asked home if they would be able to make my order and I was told " no sorry you can cancel the order tho". So now I'm sitting here having to wright this review instead of eating my nuggets. Never will be back to this location while they work there ever again!
