  Tony is the most unprofessional manager I have ever came in contact with. They always ge the order worn and he doesn’t care. McDonalds is too expensive to get poor customer service. Apparently Tony or McDonalds doesn’t give a flip about veterans who have put their lives on the line for their country but that’s what Tony told me today. Because I was complaining to him my service doesn’t matter. Go to another McDonald’s. This one doesn’t appreciate you because Tony told me I can go somewhere else.

  I have ordered from this McDonald's more times than I can count, and I would say 98% of that time has been a bad experience. The food is usually cold, items are always missing from my order, and it takes 20 plus minutes to get a fast food order. The staff seems to completely care less about being there. They seem like they're at summer camp with their friends, not at work serving food to customers. I keep giving it a chance because it's down the street from my house, but today was the last straw. It is completely unreasonable for your order to be wrong, every time, completely missing items of food, and take more than 20 minutes. There will not be another chance for this place.

  I placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10:25 AM for pickup for my girlfriend and me. I arrived at the restaurant around 10:40 AM and was told that breakfast service had ended at 10:30 AM and they were now only serving lunch. When I showed them that my order was placed at 10:25 AM (well before the cutoff), they said they go by the time the ticket is printed, not when the order is placed in the app. They mentioned it was a glitch with the app. Nowhere in the app did it indicate when breakfast service ends, when lunch begins, or that an order placed before the cutoff might not be honored if I arrived after 10:30 AM. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

  I had a 50 dollars order waited at curbside for 20 min. When I called to confirm I didn't get a apology she did say give us 3 more min mam, but that's was it then on top of that when they brought the food out she was rude and walk off. 20 min for a 50 dollar order it's like a bunch of teens are Managers , Mgmt needs to retrain or hold members accountable for service.

  ALL THE REVIEWS ARE TURE ABOUT THIS PLACE. also the employees are WAY to comfortable. they don’t wear gloves while making orders. management and employees don’t act as coworkers, they are acting as friends. you see employees eating the food and icees that’s meant for costumers. also this location closes at 12:00 am, they close this restaurant 30 to 45 minutes earlier almost every night. there are certain woman employees that are very rude when they are talking to you. this place is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. COMPLETELY.
