  Lady at front taking the orders either needs to be retrained or let go. Every time I come in, she takes 10 minutes to understand my order and half of the time, doesn’t know what comes on each sandwhich.

  I have been to Jimmy John's all over the country, but I have never gotten attitude and rudeness like this place. I walked out.

  Ordered my sandwich. Specifically asked to be cut into quarters….and cut in half. Simple attention to detail being missed. It’s not that difficult to cut into 1/3’s or 1/4’s

  I walked in. Waited to get greeted. The worker in the back told the front girl there is someone here. She still didn't come to the front. She came about thirty seconds later. I told her I was still looking at the menu. Then (not her fault) she said just as a heads up we have no bread. How do you have a sandwich place with no bread? In the middle of the day? Good way to loose business. Also when I wanted to do a online order it always says to busy or closed. And then I go up there and there are no customers in the building. Y'all will probably be shutting down soon.
