  I love going to Jamba. I love how easy it is to customize smoothies to fit exactly what I’m in the mood for, whether I want something fruity, protein packed, or more indulgent. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick with orders, even during busy times. The store is usually clean and well maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. It’s a great spot for a quick, refreshing treat or a healthier option when I’m on the go.

  What has happened to this location? I mainly order through DoorDash. My last three orders every smoothie has been disgusting. I also ordered a pretzel that tasted like it was from the Stone Age. Avoid this location.

  I purchased an acai bowl and a sourdough pretzel. The server started out by not washing her hands when she was preparing my bowl. Neither did she inform me that I can only have a freshly made bowl if I added a boost, which I believe is absurd. She said this change was made last Tuesday and that her manager had not been able to update the menu. I said to her that I preferred my bowl be fresh and she continued to make the bowl from the premade scoop. When I said this to her she and turned asked me would I like a bag for my bowl. I explained to her that I wanted it fresh, she then proceeds to chunk the bowl into the trash can. I felt that to be unnecessary because I did mention before she started adding anything to the bowl that I preferred it to be freshly made. I also preferred peanut butter along with the honey. There was no honey on my bowl. I also ordered a sourdough pretzel. The bowl was okay but the sourdough pretzel was not warm at all. I would have gone back in to ask her to remake it or to give me another one, but I figured it would be of no consequence. I sat in front of the restaurant the entire time eating my bowl and attempting to eat a cold sourdough pretzel. I am extremely disappointed today. The sourdough pretzel is one of the highlights of the meal for me. I was further disappointed because I paid for the items and I was slighted as if I asked for them for free. However I was not comfortable with requesting another one from the server due to her countenance with me while creating my bowl. I did not want to have or take a chance of my sourdough being tampered with. I was that uncomfortable.

  5 stars!!! So, it all started and I walked into the atmosphere of the room, and I smelt shrimp!!! (Yes, shrimp.) My daughters started jumping up and said shrimp!!! Shrimp!!! SHRIMP!!! My yummy stir-fried, drenched in yummy, finger likin’ good shrimp!!! (yall’ know how much my daughters both like shrimp…) anyway, we ordered the razzmatazz and I was like, oh,ok. ‘Cuz like, I thought there was nothing special with it, but OH EMM GEE, IT’S A CHONKER! Right when I sipped it, it felt like a whole new world existed, and I was flotin’ on a cloud, like, wee! And MY TASTE BUDS EXPLODED 💨😮. (Not really, I just liked it that much) it tasted like a strawberry açaí lemonade like Starbucks, and now I am ditching Starbucks!!!! If Ding-a-ling were to ask me, “Starbucks or Jamba Juice” then I would say, Starbucks < Jamba Juice!!!! 5 star. Good job. I
