Saw them delivering last week 2 blocks away, but system still as of today says delivery not available at my address. 7.5 miles and its out of area. What does it take to get this fixed? I asked at the store about it and was told within 8 miles of the store is a general requirement.

However this is the 2nd time I have ordered curbside and my order was not ready until way after initial pickup time. The first time, my order was 55 minutes later than initial pickup time (completely out of the pickup window) and I had to call the store 3 times to get my order. This time it has already been 16 min after my initial pickup time and I called the store and was told “it looks like they are still scanning in a few more items”. I understand it is a very busy store but this is very frustrating as a customer who lives 45 minutes away and schedules pickup after work/before picking up a toddler.

The HEB on Heritage Trace Pkwy is always busy. The parking is a nightmare as it's too small for their buisness. The parking is the biggest drawback and the reason for 3 stars.

The parking lots are as narrow as the food aisles and the food aisles are like 2 carts wide. The design of the store is very "get your stuff and get the heck out". If you can actually shop there, you are at a honey badger level that I will never know.

Amazingly clean store , very well organized and with a little bit of everything 😀 great quality, good prices excellent service and don't forget to get your freshly made flour butter tortillas you will love it!! BBQ restaurant on site with great food. This is supermarket to the next level! Thank y'all 👍 for bringing this store to our neighborhood.
