As the only customer in the store at the time, one would reasonably expect that once an order was ready, it would be called out or brought to the customer’s attention. Unfortunately, that did not happen. My food remained sitting on the shelf for approximately 15 minutes until I finally approached the counter to ask about the delay, only to discover that it had been ready the entire time. Also the young man that attempted to take my order needs to learn to communicate as well and not just stare at you like a deer in headlights while being asked a simple question. Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
