I went to pick up my order during the Superbowl and found the place cramped with people all waiting for orders. The whole time I was there, I could clearly tell the staff was working overtime and stressed out of their minds (one worker's voice went hoarse from calling out people's names so much), but even so, they were always incredibly professional and polite, answering people's questions and trying to make up for the food delay as best they could. There was some miscommunication between the kitchen and the front, but that's not surprising considering how stressful the situation was. I unfortunately had to cancel my order after waiting there for a bit more than an hour after it should've been done, but the woman I talked to apologized, assured me that I'd get a refund (which I did), and wrote down her name in case I didn't get one by the end of the night and needed to call Wingstop to talk to someone about it. The whole thing was a mess, but it was one they didn't make themselves and handled as best as possible given the circumstances. I'd love to order again sometime, just as long as it's not during the Superbowl.
