I went to pick up my order, two team workers were up front, gabbing as if their at home. No greeting, no can I help you,..she put my order on counter and continued with her gossiping.,no thank y ou etc.. I stood there pretending to look in my purse she said there's your order..I'm looking in my purse for something. Oh she said, and proceeded her convo. Guess they hire from the bottom of the barrel. I'm going with WS on McCart Ave. I have yet to be reached out by the Owner. Which means re-training or firing for incompetence. I'm going back again in 2 months and hope that the service gets a 5 star from me.

I ordered the 24-piece family meal and received the wrong order. My wings were plain even though I requested lemon pepper when placing my order. I didn’t realize the mistake until I got home, which was very disappointing. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue here the service has consistently been poor.

Asked for well done fries and of course my fries were NOT well done. Were actually undercooked. Smh is it done on purpose or what. How hard is it to leave it in a little longer in the fryer lol smh.

Ordered food went and picked up maybe 10-14 after ordering it food was ready. Got home 10 minutes away fries where cold not even warm . Called to complain and they asked me to drive back there absolutely not my food shouldn’t have been cold !
