Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

They make the food and then rely on whatever delivery service to deliver the food. Your food arrives cold? Not their problem (spoiler alert, my food actually showed up but so cold it was cooler than room temperature). I explained I ordered through their app. Still not their problem. The manager offered to remake my food. I explained I paid over $10 to have the food delivered to my house and I would not drive up there to correct their mistake. She then offered to drive to my house to drop off the food personally. It has now been over two hours since I gave Whataburger money and they have still not delivered to me edible food. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

But the first time. I ordered a sweet and spicy, JUST THE SAUCE and cheese. I got the whole thing. So I returned it to the register for them to fix and told them I didn't want the whole thing that comes in the burger. They gave me the burger back, except, nothing changed. It was still the same burger. So I returned it once more. To make sure maybe I'm saying something incorrectly. NOPE, they still gave me the burger with EVERYTHING IN IT! So I just ate it like that. It's ridiculous how many times they get the orders so wrong. Then this time. My partner ordered a meal and I just ordered a large fry, they gave us the meal with no added large fry. It's both service and kitchen that does NOT comprehend a simple order. It's crazy qhen you get an order wrong 3 times. Good luck getting your ordered correct even when they repeat back to you exactly how you ordered it!
