Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I give up. We’ve given this location so many chances. At first, it was hit or miss, lunchtime seemed to be the best time to go, but recently our orders have been wrong every time. Today, I waited 20 minutes for curbside. I got there at 1:59, there was one other (empty) car sitting at curbside. 4 to 5 other curbside customers came and went during the entire time I was there. When I finally asked an employee who came outside what was going on, she interrupted me and said they were making fresh fries. Yet other people were there after me and got their food almost immediately. Oh and I got the wrong drink. At least that was the only thing wrong with the order this time. Normally it’s an actual burger that’s wrong.
We’re just going to go to the Eastchase location. Longer drive, but this location is just irritating

As of early November 2025, gate at you’re doing suddenly, keep doing it. I’m seeing no ratchet employees snacking lips and getting attitudes and the food is coming out in under 1 hour. And it’s been 3 visits since you asked me to pull to the front for 30 minutes.

Slowest drive through ever! Sat in line two cars in front of me for 30 minutes this morning and never saw a single bag or drink served! Went inside and they were standing around chit chatting. Drove off and never ordered! Morning shift at this whataburger is lazy and useless. DO BETTER WHATABURGER !!!
