Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

They are slow. Took 30 minutes to get the food. Then they used two bottom buns on the chicken sandwich that's just plain laziness. Told the extra crispy on the fries they was not crispy some of them was not cooked. They need to be shut down.

Took them until they were ready to bring my food out after I paid that there’s no buffalo sauce and asked what I wanted on top of ranch. Then doesn’t even give me my bbq sauce nor gravy, if you ever decide going to a spot you don’t usually go dont 😭

The reason why I ordered through the app is so I can get in and get out. They need to put a bell on top of the counter. I love Whataburger but I try not to go to this location. If they do see you waiting they do not acknowledge you. After being there for around 2 minutes I was going to start timing but finally someone came up there was about five of us waiting. I'm really thinking of buying a bell to put on the counter at this location.

This place has fallen off a cliff. Whoever is running this store should’ve been fired yesterday, because it’s painfully clear they have no leadership, no awareness, and no business running a restaurant. A 20-minute wait for a BOB? Absolutely pathetic. And scheduling a truck delivery during the morning rush? That’s not just bad planning—that’s flat-out incompetence. The line is backed up, orders are crawling out, and the whole crew looks completely overwhelmed. It’s like nobody here has been trained, and nobody in charge actually cares. If you’re going to show up to work, at least act like you give a damn. Stop coasting through your shift and delivering bottom-tier service just because it’s fast food. Have some pride—or step aside and let someone who actually wants to work take your place.
