Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Regardless of the outcome for others my opinion and experience was awesome had a number 2 with cheese on Texas toast with bacon and cheese plus jalapeños and strawberry shake, the staff was friendly and welcoming did wait for a bit but that didn’t bother me after receiving my order everything was there and the food tasted wonderful definitely coming back late night at roughly 2:30am for me was the best time to spot here

Had placed an order online. Once I told them I had an online order said wait in the outside line. About 10 minutes had passed someone come back out asked what order are you waiting for. Told him yet again come out with the wrong order and brought me cold food and a drink I had not ordered. Have a nice day is all he said after I told him it’s wrong. The service here is not good at all! And food is cold.

Grateful to report my experience was a great one especially with this location being fairly new and during the evening seems to be more teens working over all there is the usual length of time to get your order which can bum the mood however the customer service is very pleasant, one flaw is if going during a shift change hopefully as the store progresses the staff remembers when leaving to not hangout behind the counter and or distract their teammates may help the flow of business better

We have been here several times since they opened and only 1 small error in the size of a shake we ordered. Our food has always been fresh and hot. We always order on the app and pick up curbside. Tonight it was a total of 7 min from when we pulled in, no errors with our order and it was hot and fresh. This location is MUCH better than the Presidio and the Golden Triangle location any day. The staff has always been pleasant and friendly. Will continue to give them our business.

I really want to be excited about this location as it’s right down the road from me. Employees are always nice and pleasant here, but the food quality is not the quality I’ve come to expect from Whataburger. Either the order is wrong or the quality is off every time. Tonight the meat on my burger was cold. Who wants cold meat on a burger?! What is going on with this location?! Still working out the kinks I hope.
