She rang it up as a combo anyway, so I clarified again that I did not want a combo, just the Dave’s Triple with no tomato and a water with no ice. She responded with an “oh,” and that was it. When I got to the window, I was handed a Dave’s Triple with tomato and a water with ice, both incorrect. There was no one else in the restaurant at the time, so I don’t understand how such a simple order was missed multiple times. The employee was also rude at the window. I’ll admit my tone may have been a bit curt by that point, but that came from repeatedly having to restate a very basic order. Taking a simple order correctly really shouldn’t be this difficult. Also, just to clarify, I love Wendy's. This is the one by my house and I've been here several times. The service is almost always horrible, I would never leave a bad review after one bad experience, but this is like the fifth time I've had a bad experience at this particular Wendy's. Worst Wendy's in the city!
