    Manager Bray did the right thing and corrected a situation I had at this location. Glad to see this store has good management on board now. Give them another opportunity.

    Just pulled up and no one was in line. 9:40pm. The black lady (or black man. I saw black thats how i know. Now a days you can't tell gender) that greeted us was rude(we saw they run away from the window when we pulled around after we decided to leave) We waited for about 3-5 min before they said rudely to order. Remember. No one was there. We didnt order as quick as they wanted us to so they rudely again said "you can order." We order, they asked if that was it. We said no. They said thats it? We said no. We asked for the combo with the grilled chicken and they said rudely, "we ain't got no grilled chicken right now." We said ok bye. They said bye with an attitude. Why would we even want to get food here now? If you cant put a smile on your heart when you come to work because someone put hate on yours outside of work (or at work), get a job that doesn't have to do with customer service so you can wear your sin all over yourself and be proud. I pray that your life gets better and you get a job that can work with the hate you wear or you better yourself. May the Lord better your night and you wake up tomorrow with a better attitude and remember that you are here because of God's love and Grace.

    never ever hardly come to this Wendy’s and when I decided to they took forever to get my order out asked me to pull forward, I did. Then at least 8 cars left behind me with orders and while that was happening it seemed like more and more people were waiting on the side to get their orders. When the line cleared I went back to ask if my food was ready it was not, I asked if I could have a refund after have been waiting for so long and the FEMALE manager Briana Jackson said she had to call her manager and that it would take 40minutes. When does a refund take 40minutes? On top of the absolute trash attitude and because I refused to believe a refund takes 40 minutes SHE said SHE was going to call the cops. So I waited and waited no cops came until I was tired of waiting went inside the establishment asked if she asked her “manager” about my refund and she started yelling I need you to get out of my establishment. No cursing was ever done I never raised my voice didn’t get all ugly like they did. So I kindly left went back to my car and I called the cops the lady on the phone said she hadn’t seen a call come through so luckily I was blessed with a cop that pulled up to order food and helped me out to get my refund. The “manager” or supervisor whatever SHE is truly needs to find some happiness in her life. The way you treated me today was not ok and you’re only upset because I gave you the same energy back. If you want respect you have to give it back too. God doesn’t like ugly and I think that’s why you wouldn't even look at me once law enforcement was there. I feel sorry for anyone who has let this establishment and was treated poorly as previous reviews on here speak for themselves. Don’t be afraid to ask for your money back! Don’t be afraid to call law enforcement and stand your ground if they don’t want to give you your money back call them! This whole situation was a waste of time for something that could have been easily avoided IF the establishment had enough training in food service and customer service sadly they don’t have it. Briana take care of yourself and truly find another calling because this job isn’t for you. General manager I will be calling and I will be calling corporate as well.
