I decided to have a burger for dinner and literally waited at an open register for 10 mins without anyone even making an effort to acknowledge the presence of a customer. After I made an effort to inform them that I was ready to order, the manager just dismissed me and said someone will be there to take the order shortly. After waiting for a few more minutes without anyone paying attention, I felt this was not worth my time or money. I went across the street to their competitor. With such customer service, it is no surprise the restaurant was essentially empty. Hire employees that like to work not employees that are there because they have to be. Horrible customer service.

Went there tonight and ask for my fries to be hot and fresh with my meal (which is what I'm literally paying for) the manage took a fry out and bite it saying, "it taste fresh to me." Then her employee gave me a small fry size in a medium cup (literally a small fry and didn't realize until I got home. Not to mention the front counter guy didn't make my frosty I order, and when ask before leaving, he was sloppy with it and literally had clump of ice cream on the side top and didn't even attempt to remove it. Mind you, I was they only customer. I was hungry and tired and just clean it off myself at that point of dealing with their customer service. Poor service all the way around. Sent email and picture to corporate. Will update on their response.
