When I got to the window, I was greeted by a very kind and sweet employee named Jennifer (I was too shy to ask her name at the time, but later found out). She suggested an alternative option that would save me money, which I thought was incredibly thoughtful. I took her recommendation, received my order quickly, and everything was great. Excellent service and a genuinely positive experience 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back!

And the tone he used with me like how dare I ask him for a sauce after I already paid. Unbelievable. Thanks for the reminder to not spend my money on fast food. Also, ordering is with an AI BOT.
