    This is actually one of the best restaurants on cherry lane. Food has been fresh everytime I go. The breakfast is always fresh as well. The team is very polite and they do what you ask. I actually like this Wendy’s location. The Popeyes next to it is HORRIBLE so I thought they would be too but nope they are pretty good.

    Place is horrible and slow. They don’t give out the right orders and have an attitude when u say something. Literally waited 25 min for 2 burgers with no one in drive thru and only 2 people in lobby and still gave us the wrong order

    I could usually speak somewhat highly of this place but the other night I went and was very disappointed. Employee's acted like they didn't want to acknowledge that my husband and I were even there left us standing around outside when the lobby was locked down at 10. Told us they would take our order if walked threw the drive. Then just acted like we weren't there. We ended up having to place a moble order to even get our order placed and then that took forever. Food was just thrown in the bag. Sauce packets just smashed. Was very disappointed

    Cherry Lane Wendy's, we've had a good relationship, but I think we need to end it tonight. Having to wait over 35 minutes for food for a drive-thru order (and 5 other cars waiting with us), and then getting both orders wrong (chicken sandwich instead of big bacon, jr cheese instead of jr ham), I just think we need to end it. I thought taking a break would be better, but at 10pm on a Friday night when I thought I could count on you for chili, and you were out of chili, I just can't live like this anymore. Good luck on your future success. I'll come back when the reviews are over 4.0 stars. But, the employees really are trying and working hard - I wish the best for them.
