  Been here several times.....fries are always cold, no paper towels in the restrooms, out of chili sauce, out of spoons, ketchup dispensers are empty, trash cans are full....I mean come on MR OWNER OF THIS FRANCHISE, do something. The Chili is all soup.....its getting worse every visit. Im going to call the Corporate Office and let them know.

  The two meals that I ordered were not fresh. Fries & nuggets were old and cold. I do not even want to buy into the burger! The only thing good about this order is that the Sprite so good and strong!

  Ordered 4 different meals. Drove all the way home and they gave us all the same burger. If you gonna give people what you want, why even take orders. Just throw whatever in the bag and hand out the window.

  Yikes, you know you're bad when Saginaw's Wendy is leagues better. The lady at the drive thru window was just plain rude. One word answers, a tone like she wished to be anywhere else, and acted like we were stupid for asking questions. We got our food at 12:30 (peak lunch time) and all of the food was either slightly warm or cold. The bread of the burgers was stale and they, of course, forgot part of our order. When we pulled back around to say they missed it, the same lady sighed and then at the window, without saying a word nor making eye contact, handed the bag to my wife. Ill make the 15 minute detour next time I want Wendy's to specifically avoid this one.

  My order receipt time is 3:59pm. When I went inside I had to use the restroom, I noticed I didn’t see anyone behind counter at first. When I came out I went straight to the counter, did not see any employees. I stood there for a minute before I said, “Hello” loud enough for someone to hear me. A guy came from the side room to the right of me. He did apologize. He took my order. And checked me out. After I paid he went straight to the station of fried. He did not use gloves and I’m not sure what he was doing before he came out, but I truly believe food was handled with unclean hands. I got my order fast, however I asked for no tomatoes, and both Jr bacon burgers had a tomato on them.
