Even if you place a mobile order 15 minutes ahead of time it will not be ready in time and you will still be parked for a minimum of 10-15 minutes. Beware of the managers here that will not communicate with you or be willing to give you a refund upon return of the order. While the rest of the crew is running muck, the manager was cleaning the doors and windows. I went back in to have them remake the drinks and each time it was made incorrectly and not up to standards with other Wendy's locations. It tasted revolting like the milk was spoiled or the coffee was days old. If you go through the drive thru you will think there are 3 employees max, working inside. However there are at least 7 in there and are extremely unorganized. Very disappointed in this location and will not be returning.
