This was a terrible Wendy’s experience. I placed a mobile app order and waited 15–20 minutes in the drive-thru, even though I arrived first around 10:30 a.m. Customers behind me were served faster, and my order was still wrong. My family wasted so much time waiting, and I didn’t go back to fix it because the wait was already ridiculous.
