I got there around 8 PM, the employee immediately said they’re out of everything. I had to ask what they had left and he said pulled pork and chopped brisket. So I asked for the nachos, which on the menu it says it says chopped brisket for the nachos. The employee said he couldn’t make that because it’s a different kind of chopped brisket that they have which was more expensive so there’s no way that he can ring it up. Out of all of the barbecue places that I’ve ever been to all chopped brisket is the same. He was very rude and seemed inconvenience by having to do his job. We ended up driving off and not getting anything.

The order was large and challenging as we live in San Antonio and the party was in Ft Worth, however Edie was just so great with ensuring the order would be ready for pick up and making sure every detail was attended to. The brisket was absolutely fantastic and many of the guests commented on it. The sides were also great. The serving sizes were very generous.Thank you Edie for making sure everything was perfect!
