It started several visits ago. First they were unable to process an award on the app. Next visit I attempted to pick up my web order through the drive-in and I was rudely rebuked by staff. Next couple of visits I was given the wrong quesadiila (chicken on it that I didn't order.) Yes twice. And prior to this order about 2 weeks ago I placed a web order. I showed up at the allotted time and had to wait for 10 more minutes. So today I placed an order and it said it would be 10 minutes so I showed up in 15 minutes to melted smoothies. When I questioned the staff (manager or owner, not sure) they basically said too bad and accused me of being a door dash driver. Also my banana was horribly bruised and black and part of the peel was missing. It's really a shame because as a fan I was so excited for this location opening a mile from my house but I will now have to drive to a location 15 minutes away if I so desire. This location may not even survive. Sorry for so much detail but avoid this location like the plague.
