Most of the time I walk in & there is no greeting, no eye contact, no acknowledgement whatsoever until you say something to them. Seems like it is ran by young people who need adult supervision.

I always order the same bowl the acai with nutulla and I pay extra for peanut butter that should mean that I want both Nutella and peanut butter but they always only give me peanut butter. I have reached out to their corporate office 3x now and yes they give a gift with a heartfelt apology letter but at this point I really want to understand the reason. The açaí bowl with nutulla is more money than just the avai bowl, adding peanut butter is an additional cost so why wouldn’t you assume I want BOTH NUTELLA AND PEANUT BUTTER??? It’s mind blowing. Please provide trainings to whoever needs and/or update the system to where this can’t be an easy oversight.
- JCJBreeze ColemanOct 15, 20253.0I HAVE CAME TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION ON SYCAMORE SCHOOL ROAD A FEW TIMES AT NIGHT BEFORE 9PM ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THEY ARE ALREADY CLOSED EVENTHO IT WASNT 9PM YET… SO TONIGHT I ASKED THE GUY THAT WAS WORKING THE DRIVE-THRU WHEN HE CAME ON TO SAY, THEY’RE CLOSED… SO I SAID YALL CLOSED EARLY, HE SAY YEAH… CLOSING UP BEFORE THE ACTUAL CLOSE TIME IS SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, ESPECIALLY DRIVING TO CATCH THEM BEFORE THEY CLOSE ONLY TO CLOSE UP AND NOT WANT TO TAKE ANY ORDERS BEFORE THEIR ACTUAL CLOSE TIME! IT MAKES ME WONDER DOES THE STORE OWNER KNOWS THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON, CLOSING BEFORE 9PM.

The associates are friendly but the service is extremely slow. If I were getting a sandwich I could understand but to be the only person in line for one smoothie and no customers inside this is unacceptable.
