The customers leaving even tried to signal that someone was out here and they still didn’t come out till moments later. I told the employee that was waiting and everything and they were just like “oh”. Terrible experience overall, would not recommend this location.

The worker Carmen had her AirPods in and was actively on the phone while I ordered was super unfriendly and had this attitude like she did not want to be there. I understand everyone had off days but I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed. Will not be returning to this location again sadly :(
- ALAna LNov 4, 20251.0If i could give this establishment zero stars I would, but unfortunately I must select one. I placed an order via mobile app for two bowls. When I arrived to the restaurant I was told the product was not prepped and still frozen therefor I could not be served the product. The female cashier was very kind but struggled to process me a refund, I was told to return if I was not refunded within a few days. I went back to the location that same day and spoke with another not-so-kind gentlemen (all the men here seem to hate their jobs) who told me my order had been refunded and if I wanted to order two bowls they would have to be paid for, which I had no problem with. My refund has yet to be processed 3 days after the funds were taken out of my account. I returned to the restaurant once again and explained everything to now a third employee. There was no apology for the inconvenience and he insinuated he was doing me a favor by refunding my unfulfilled purchase with cash. Very poor customer service when it comes to handling mistakes on the cafe’s end, and frustrating to experience as a customer.
