The older black lady stopped helping another customer out to argue with me and Taylor, the other employee who was helping me out. I’ve ordered this before and even offered a pic to show it. If in the past 4 months you all have been doing something incorrect, then that’s fine. Please make sure all your staff are trained properly. From Taylor, to another older lady, to Marlon; I’ve always ordered my combo meal easily and in one compostable to go container. Your employee who interrupted needs to learn to say, I’m sorry if it’s been done that way, I’ll make that for you today; but it might be changed on your next visit. Taking the time away from the other guest to argue isn’t acceptable. Even that guest said, I’m sorry ma’am I’m on a short lunch break could you finish helping me?’
