- BMBill MillsJan 29, 20261.0I loaded all the digital coupons on my tablet to go shopping. At checkout all of the digital coupons worked but one. I had to go to the service counter to get price adjustment, this is where it goes downhill. I do not like being talked down too, I try to explain that the item was loaded and showed her on my phone that it was, but NO, it had to be my error, then she just did this big long lecture on how it should be done. I again show her it was loaded and I shop here every week so I do know how to load the digital deals. This is not the first time this has happen, but will be the last. HEB in Burleson is not that far away. The staff at the service counter treated me like I was nothing and I will not stand for it any more, bye!
