  Did a mobile order, came in and talked to the manager she called the order back twice, as she was leaving I’m standing there while to other employees look at me and she tells them again I’m here before she leaves. After she leaves they just keep looking at me. I wait 15 mins thinking they are just busy but I’m seening drive thru orders go out. The whole time the employees are just looking at me and then not saying anything. I finally ask and it’s behind the counter!! I ask the guy why he never said anything because he has been there the whole time knowing I’m waiting and he just shrugs his shoulders.

  I’ve came here about 4 times 2 times my order was wrong 1 time it was stolen and they were pissed off they had to remake it because of their mistake and this last time we’ve had to go back up to the store to get a missing item and the correct item for the missing item, even thought I had two people ask me what I was missing and I told them exactly what it was and the second time what was wrong with it. Staff seems to have a kindergarten reading level since they can’t comprehend how to make and bag a simple order

  1st time I came to location.....it was after 11pm so I went through the drive thru. Tried to order, female asked me to wait a second before ordering. After several seconds I was able to place my order. As I finished ordering. Female did not repeat the order nor gave a total, she just says " "gotcha pull up". As I pull to the window I didnt see anyone and got the overall feeling that this place wasn't for me so I drove off. Now 2 weeks later (12/4) it is now 12:30am, I decided to try this location again due to being close to home. Pull to the menu....female takes order. Again no total and it seems as if Noone wanted to work. Pull to window Hispanic female says total, takes my card and then gives it back. She hands my food to me......didnt ask if I needed any sauce or anything then shuts window. As I sit there looking, she reopens window and says what. I ask for hot sauce....she looks, reaches down and hand me 3 packets of hot sauce for over 25 dollars worth of food bare hand. This place customer service is just awful

  I had an unpleasant experience at this Taco Bell. The staff showed disrespectful behavior. They rushed the order and ignored basic customer service. My bag was missing several food items. I paid for items I never received. The order on the screen did not match what they handed me. I pointed it out and they brushed it off instead of fixing it. It made the visit stressful. The manager, Vanessa, had a bad attitude. Her tone felt disrespectful. She talked as if basic humanity did not matter. It felt like no one cared about the food they were serving or the customers they were speaking to.
