The AI robot always says the veggie bowl is unavailable at any taco bell, this one wasn’t an exception. Usually when the AI speaker does that, someone immediately comes in to take my order. They didn’t , which isn’t a problem bc i just simply requested a person. it took them like 2-3 minutes to come to the speaker. they didn’t even ask what i wanted, they knew i wanted the power bowl bc they immediately put it in the system (which i saw on the screen) I asked for extra lettuce on my bowl. My bowl somehow has even less lettuce than the normal amount. I was the only car in this drive thru. Jamiya took her precious time taking my payment at the window . I don’t understand why she was prioritizing restocking when i was the only car there, it was very slow. I’ve already had a rough day, this visit did not make it better.
