Stood at the counter to pick up order for 5 minutes. Wasn’t greeted or even asked if I was helped. So I just cancelled my mobile order and went somewhere else.

Let's be honest the bar for Taco Bell is really low. Somehow the staff at this location manages to not sniff that low bar. We stopped for a quick bite and the interaction with the drive thru employee consistented of him repeating back to me "Online order for X" twice. Not an acknowledgement, not a please pull forward, not an anything else. Then at the window we repeat this a second time. After a 7 minute wait (for an online order that said it was ready), he opens the window and hangs out a bag out. Either the rest of the staff there (I saw 5) is oblivious to this and is not training him or the are aware and don't care. Either way the management/franchisee is 100% failing.

What is wrong with this location?? Ordered my food online saw the drive through was full but nobody was inside so silly me thinking it would be faster going in to pick up my order. Took them 40 minutes to give me my food!!! The manager was so rude just seen throwing people’s food around for the drive through. The people that make the food are just careless laughing and talking not caring. My food was cold and didn’t even get my add ons that I paid extra for. Don’t recommend this location at all. Do better with hiring workers that actually want to DO THEIR JOB. 🩷

Don’t bother paying extra for add-ons, and don’t bother purchasing new items on the menu because they won’t have it. I paid for extras and a new item from the menu, basically paid for nothing. Pulled back around after checking my bag and finding missing items. The employee tells me “oh we don’t have it”. Why not tell me at the window? Why take my money and not give me what I ordered. Horrible service and cold food. It used to be good but not anymore. It’s been more than once that I’ve placed a mobile order and they mess it up. I only order for 1-2 people, super simple orders and there’s always something wrong or missing. This will be the last time I order from this location 🙄

Tonight I had the pleasure of interacting with one of your nicest employees and possibly the rudest. I pulled up to the drive thru after an 11 hour work day to order my favorite Taco Bell item - A Chicken Quesarito. The lady taking my order was very nice, I ordered said quesarito, she responded “We no longer serve quesaritos” in a nice manner. I, in the nicest way possible, asked “Oh my gosh are you being serious?” My question was followed up by what sounded like a different person through the speaker “OHHHH MY GOSH YESSSSS WE DON’T HAVE THEM ANYMOREEEEE GOSH.” Which was then followed by what seemed like the original order taker, “I am so sorry, no we do not serve them.” I was tempted to exit the drive thru then but, still being starving I ordered a quesadilla and went on my way. While at the window, I let (what it seemed to be) the original order taker that the interaction while ordering was uncalled for and very rude. I have worked and still work in the service industry. I get having to answer the same question over and over again but being in the industry you’re in- you signed up for it. The quesaritos were only back on the menu for a short time and not being the most frequent-flyer of Taco Bell’s, how would I know it was gone so quick again? The lady at the window offered me free taco coupons for the interaction, I tried to politely decline and said I just wanted my voice and reasoning to be heard. I can’t imagine working in fast food is the easiest, as is any job dealing with the general public. But, it is not the customers fault for not knowing something and then to be shamed about it is astonishing.
