  Does anyone have any decent customer service skills these days? I can’t be the only one thinking this. What is wrong with these kids that don’t even speak to you when you pay or get your food. They don’t say anything? Why?

  My friends and I come in at least once a week because it is close by. Without a doubt every time they forget our drinks and have so much attitude when asked for it. This time my friend ordered ONLY a drink and received a bag full of food WITHOUT a drink. I don’t understand how one place can mess up so much and not have any customer service at all. It takes an additional 5 minutes for them to acknowledge a customer standing at the counter, even when the drive through and dine in is empty. They do not have name badges but the girl with the pink hair is especially rude and has 0 basic customer service skills. I am not one to write reviews, however this needs to change. It has been going on for months now.

  So we visit this Taco bell fairly often, it is pretty good service most of the time, and the food is usually good. But the last 3 times we've been here there is beans or something on the wall. So it's been there at least 3 weeks and not cleaned... so I thought hey let's start a fun thing, everyone post a picture of the bean wall with a date and let's see how long it takes them to clean it! Lol Today's date is 11/5/25

  It's Taco Bell. Same food as all of them. It was pretty good. The burritos could have been bigger but it was alright. The service was fine but I've been to this location several times and sometimes the service is EXTREMELY slow so my rating reflects that.

  I came to Taco Bell with my friends for a midnight snack, I ordered two things. It took 15 minutes just to get my order out and the workers had no sense of urgency at all. My friend ordered her food and got it the minute she ordered, but it was cold and not toasted. When I finally got my food, the rice in my burrito was crunchy and the food ingredients were only on one side of the burrito, the rest was bread. Overall, The workers have no urgency, don’t get the orders right, take forever to even get orders out, and clearly don’t try on the food. I wouldn’t recommend going here. we got stale fries, and they took 30 minutes to make one single quesadilla. workers on their phones as well.
