The lady that was working got all mad and said “I could have made both sandwiches at the same time.” She started to slam stuff down and was being extremely rude to my fiancé. I work at Home Depot, so I know a lot about customer service. She needs to learn to be nicer and keep her mouth shut! That is not the way you talk to customers. I could clearly tell she was agitated by throwing stuff and being rude. She is really lucky I didn’t say anything to her. But I’m leaving this review so that management can talk with her and do better. I didn’t catch her name but she had piercing. They need to do better about training their employees.

I got the chicken teriyaki with veggies and it was packed with flavor. @MANAGEMENT pls recognize D as a great employee, he's the only reason that I keep going back to this location because he goes above and beyond every time!

I had to take over for them when they folded the paper cause they just emptied the sandwich basically. I come to syubway so a paid person can make my sandwich, what I got is what a 3 year old would make.
