  Horrible customer service from start to end, from telling me which bread and cheese I wanted then seemed annoyed when I requested different. after my sandwich came out from the toaster they threw it on the counter then they just walk away while 2 others are just chatting. it wasn't even busy at all but all of the employees had a horrible attitude and need it slapped out of them or fired.

  I fly often. And DFW is my preference hub airport by far. I travel with a 4 year old. Our departure gate was B24, and they have the tables with the outlets at that area. We were lucky enough to snag a spot there. Subway was within view, and since we didn't want to lose our spot so I ordered online. I waited 20 minutes and went to check if our order was ready. It wasn't. She told me to order it again, but ordering it again would have me paying for it AGAIN. So no thank you. She finally pulled it up and found the order and hurriedly slapped our two sandwiches together. She made mine correctly, but made my 4 years olds identical to mine. With jalapeños and sweet onion sauce. Not typically what a 4 year old would eat. So I showed them it was wrong, and they had the audacity to ARGUE with me and then she snatched the sandwich off the counter and chucked it into the trash can. That's absolutely insane... never ever again. Mistakes are okay to make... just take accountability and fix it with a smile.

  Ordered a turkey sandwich the lady making it out to much meat and the supervisor yelled at her in front of customers, I said I’d pay for it and she took it off my sandwich and threw it in the container with an attitude. She stood there staring at me for the rest of my sandwich order which she tossed together so fast and sloppy then rolled it up and put it in a bag and tossed it on the counter and walked off! Super rude and u professional. I was also going to get a cup of soup but I wasn’t asked just shoved on to the cashier! This location and whoever the day supervisor is, is extremely unfriendly and rude to her staff!

  The food is what you would expect. Which I see as a positive because it’s consistent with all the other subways. The sandwiches are good and they have a large selection of chips. They can get congested, but it’s a great option.
