Showed up 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready. They hadn't started anything. My son went into pick it up , walked up to the counter told them he was there to pick up an online order . The manager don't greet him, just responded and said "can't you see I'm counting money". He went back to counting the drawer and continue ingnore my son. We waited aim ther 10 minutes, the manager was absolutely rude and didn't help his staff. Other customers walked out. Toasted sandwich was burnt too. I'll be sticking w Jersey Mikes . F this location
