I called and spoke with Trenda, explained the situation, and she handled it with professionalism and kindness. She immediately made it right without hesitation. It’s rare these days to find customer service this genuine and accommodating. On top of that, this Subway is by far the nicest and cleanest one I’ve ever been to — you can really tell they take pride in their store and their customers. Huge shoutout to Trenda and her team for going above and beyond! Highly recommend this location!

I placed an online order for pickup at this Subway, and when I got back to work, I realized the sandwich was wrong—it had mayo (which I absolutely can't stand) and the wrong bread. I hate to complain, but I called the store to let them know. Since I couldn’t leave work to go back, the manager Trenda went above and beyond—she personally made a new sandwich and had it delivered to my job! Not only that, she told me she’d remake my same order the next day for free. That level of care and customer service truly wow’d me and my friend. The store itself is also very clean and well-maintained. I usually go to the Subway down the street from me, but this location has officially become my new go-to spot. Thank you, Trenda, for turning a mistake into a memorable experience!
