I come every Tuesday and have for a few years now since I work just up the street and these women and men work hard, they deserve a day to rest and celebrate their families; especially since regular business hours pick back up the next day. These hours leave absolutely no time for enjoiying the holidays with their loved ones and everyone deserves that. I'd also be willing to bet the owner will be at home with their family resting and enjoying his holiday, like seriously 11-8? What are they supposed to celebrate at 8am or 10pm? Be realistic and show your employees some appriciation, they help run the store day in and day out, this is not how you encourage your employees, it shows zero respect to them as humans. If you want the store open thats fine, but run it yourself and give your employees time off like they deserve. This is just pure greed and is incredibly off putting as a customer. Look at all the reviews, its praising the workers, reward them with a well deserved day off.
