- JCJosh Clark6 days ago1.0I’m here at 9:45 pm, the worker is in the store making himself a sandwich and the door is locked… he would not open the door, using body signals to say they’re closed from across the whole store… google says they are open until 10… he did not have the decency to come to the door to answer my question as to why it says they’re open online… just posting this so the actual owner knows his employees are doing this.

- JCJohnny CrowAug 26, 20251.0Pre ordered my family dinner from this location my sub was supposed to be toasted got home realizing mine wasn’t and was cold as could be not a big problem as I toasted it my self started eating realizing there’s no bacon on my ft long now we have a problem due to paying pretty much $2 more my wife went back up there to complain and get the bacon all the old gray haired guy had to say was “oh yeah that’s cause we don’t have bacon” informed her he can’t give her money back for them not having a product that we paid for grumpy as can be cause she wanted compensation for their screw up he could have mentioned that when I was speaking to him when I picked up he chose to ignore the fact he didn’t even put it on the sandwich just let us go his customer service was shit has he mumbled and groaned about her being back up there and when I ordered cookies to pick up to if he hates his job he should quit on top that the manager should fire him for not taking care of the situation why we were there completely crap location I advise you all to go a little down the road and get a different subway
