So unprofessional. The restaurant was dirty and the service was horrible I will never stop at this subway again. He pulled a ticket and started to make the order from that ticket I didn’t get impatient or anything because clearly that order was submitted before I walked in. As he was making that order a guy walked in with his own cup. I thought he was there for the pickup order. BUT he wasn’t he was just a customer like I was. But instead of the worker asking me if there was anything he could start for me he automatically started helping the man, like I wasn’t standing there for a full 5 minutes. The old crew use to be so nice and polite. this crew which it was only two were rude. So I just walked out.
