This was a very unpleasant experience for my son and I. As soon as we walked through the door a male employee yelled at us and told us that they were closing in an hour and that we better hurry up and order. This was unnecessary as we were not going to be there long. My son ordered and when it was my turn I asked if he could hold the jalapeños for the wrap I wanted. He then yelled at me that he could not add or remove anything from what I wanted. At that point my son interrupted him to try to explain that I wanted the wrap without jalapeños and told him not to yell at me. This bully, because that’s what he is, started yelling profanities at us and kicked us out of the establishment. I have read other people’s comments about him and it seems that he has been treating people like this for over a year. What I don’t understand is how he still has his job. Many travelers stop by for a quick sandwich and for this bitter, angry man to continue to get away with this type of behavior is unacceptable. Someone at Subway needs to do something. If you are still reading this and have time, go somewhere else to eat.

ASSHOLE OF THE YEAR As soon as we walked in, this guy started yelling at us. Complaining that the store would close in an hour. When we asked to take a condiment off, he got extremely rude and was disrespectful towards my mother. He kicked us out while yelling and cussing and followed us out the store. @subway needs to get rid of him. He’s hurting their business and pushing people away

Plus she was rude and would not listen after asking a question. She put way too much honey mustard on my 6 inch spicy Italian I said lite she squeezed the bottle and it filled my bread up was very hard to eat but i was about to board the Amtrak I needed food

Dustin made my Subway experience so good! From the jump, he was very welcoming right when I came in. I haven’t been to a Subway many years, to which Dustin went out of his way to show me all the different things Subway offers (bread variety, toppings, combos, meal deals, etc.). Even after I incorrectly ordered a sandwich, he assured me that it wasn’t a big deal and fixed my sandwich to my liking without any extra charge. Shoutout Dustin for doing such a fantastic job at this location!

The Subway is horrible I've had to complain plenty of times to the female manager about her assistant male manager who is constantly disrespectful constantly getting the orders wrong and then he Will mock the customer when they complain. You can't stand in line for long to make your mind up otherwise they'll tell you to leave the store. I think they are intentionally avoid customers to keep from working by constantly running them off not wanting to serve let alone serve the correct meal
