Horrible service. Picked up my mobile order. Handed it to me didn’t ask for condiments or anything with no sauce or anything….asked for it and still didn’t get any. My mom went inside and was told they were too busy to get sauce and said they were very busy when she could have just handed it to her….just for her to come back outside and ask what sauce we needed.
Super rude. Will have to come at a different time for better service.

Horrible service and food was cold after waiting more the 15 mins for 1 burger and a small tater tot. It finally came out after the drive thru had been clear 3 times and it was COLD. Carlos the manager had every excuse except for the truth which was they let my food sit out instead of bringing it out when it was done. I asked for a refund and corporate and the store number and they never gave it to me. Instead they ignored me at stall number 8 until I drove away. I wish I could give 0 stars because this was lazy work ethic and bad management. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Please train better because both him and Cheyenne the carhop needs it

Ridiculously slow service. I waited 30+ minutes for my order AFTER I got to the windows. It was 20 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there. At least 3 of the cars behind me left without their orders because they were tired of waiting!
