  If I could give it a 0 I would. This location has turned me off from sonic for good. I have been three times and each time was a terrible experience. From broken machines to speaker not working or just not answering at all through the drive through. Today in particular I can through the drive through at 10:30 am. The young lady at the window said the mic wasn’t working so she asked me to pull up to the window and i did. I was greeted with attitude and felt rushed although there was no one else in the line or any pull in spots. She then proceeds to drop my bag of food on the floor in front of my face and hands it to me. This is honestly disrespectful and is crazy to think this is allowed. Please check the camera footage because if they were willing to drop my food on the floor in front of my face, who knows what they did in the kitchen. This location needs serious help or to be shut down permanently.

  You can just tell these people do not like or care about their job. They seem highly annoyed and make it a horrible experience to even try and order . Makes you wonder who manages this place because I would never hire any of these people.

  What are yall doing? 02/25/2026 10:23pm I came thru the drive thru. Asked for a chili cheese tot medium and a SMALL mozzarella. And a large root beer. Root beer flat. Yall give me a medium mozzarella stick. Chili cheese FRIES which are always DRY that’s why I ask for tots. Yall forgot the marina sauce. I called but no one picks up. Quit being in a rush to close everything down and focus on at least getting orders correct. My dog and I come through all the time and it’s like every time I get the younger folks. My stuff is ALWAYS messed up.

  It was 8:50 PM Sunday night and the employee tells me over the menu speaker that they're close for the rest of the night. The web site says they're open till 11:00PM. I'm bummed now I have no food to take home without having to make another 10 min drive the opposite direction home to get a meal.

  Ordered a cookie dough blast extra cookie dough and a dirty Dr Pepper. 30 min later I got a cup of milk and a cup of bitter brown carbonated water with no flavor. This place is terrible.
